Alex is a full time real estate broker with over 15 years of experience in Residential/Commercial Sales and Leasing. Prior to Real Estate Sales, Alex worked as a Project Manager for several major developers in the construction of high rises and industrial buildings. Alex is a civil engineer and graduated with honors when completing his Bachelor Degree in Science.
Honesty and integrity along with determination and dedication are philosophies that Alex strives for in all aspects of his life. Applying these principles to his business has allowed him to be one of the Top Real Estate Brokers in North York and the York region.
Alex has earned several certifications/accreditations including the Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®), the Seller Representative Specialist (SRS®) and Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE®)

The designation is awarded to real estate practitioners by the Real Estate Business Institute (REBI) who meet specific educational and practical experience criteria.
