About Ford
I’m a Broker and Co-Founder of the Thurston Olsen Real Estate Group, and I’ve been working in Toronto real estate since 2013. Before moving into sales, I owned and operated a real estate marketing company. I’ve always been drawn to building businesses, working with people, and creating practical solutions, which made real estate a natural fit for me.
Over the years, I’ve earned my Broker designation along with the Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) and Accredited Buyer Representation (ABR) designations. I was inducted into the RE/MAX Hall of Fame in 2020 and have consistently received Chairman’s Club Team and Platinum Club Team awards from 2017 through 2025. In 2025, our team was ranked in the top 2% of all Realtors in the City of Toronto.
I enjoy all aspects of residential real estate, but I’m especially passionate about guiding clients through what is often one of the biggest financial and emotional decisions of their lives. I pride myself on being upfront, calm under pressure, and highly responsive. I strongly believe that clear communication and honesty lead to better outcomes.
I was born and raised in Toronto’s east end and now live in Leslieville with my partner Sarah, our two-year-old daughter, and our five-year-old boxer. When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me watching a Blue Jays game, running through the east end, playing volleyball, or spending time with my family. Whether I’m working with first-time buyers or long-time clients, my focus is always on providing clear advice, thoughtful strategy, and support every step of the way.
