About Sandra
Since arriving in Canada in 2001 with her family, Sandra has been encouraging all those around her to invest in real estate. Her motto is “Because having a house is having a future” as she believes real estate to be the best investment anyone can make. This is especially true in the Toronto and GTA real estate market where historical data shows immense growth with little to no risk, providing individuals with great returns. Prior to arriving in Canada Sandra was the Export Sales Manager and Chief Operations Officer for her family business for 17 years. Having studied System Computers Engineering with a post-grad in Management Sandra has a vast business knowledge she leverages to ensure her clients always come out ahead.
In 2006 Sandra joined RE/MAX and since then she has been a member of the Executive Club (2006), 100% Club (2007 - 2009), and the Platinum Club (2010-Present). Her hard work and dedication to her clients have lead to her being awarded the RE/MAX Hall of Fame Award (2011) and most recently with the RE/MAX Lifetime Achievement Award (2019).
Being a proud Colombian she is fluent in both English and Spanish to best serve her clients ensuring they are comfortable and understand all aspects of their real estate transaction. With her international reach, Sandra specializes in helping clients from far and wide find their dream homes. With a strong commitment to excellence and keen intuition for her client’s needs, Sandra provides the business savvy, negotiation, and customer service skills that one should expect from their agent.
