About Derrick
Derrick Vogel is a sales representative with The Peggy Hill Team. Before working as a sales representative, Derrick worked closely with the Peggy Hill Team as a certified home inspector for over 14 years. Since opening his own home inspection company in Simcoe County in 2007, he has inspected over 7,000 homes! After years of working in the Barrie & surrounding areas, Derrick is ready to help his clients find their perfect #HomeToStay.
He has a wealth of knowledge around all types of transactions including new builds, resale homes, duplex conversions, and property flips. No matter the property, Derrick is experienced in all things real estate. Before working in real estate Derrick worked in the restaurant industry, which helped him gain the skills needed to provide an exceptional experience to anyone he works with. He has considerable knowledge and experience in dealing with people from all walks of life. When he is not selling homes, Derrick can be found spending time with his wife and 2 kids. He also enjoys spending time in nature, fishing, hiking, or hitting the links! In the winter he spends his time playing hockey, or playing cards & board games with his family.
